Mrs. Alice Claudia Lankford Batchelor, age 83, of Barnesville passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2014 in a Griffin Healthcare Facility. Mrs. Batchelor was born in Greensboro, GA to late Mr. Coyle Lankford and Mrs. Talitha Cumi McDaniel Wood. She was a Homemaker, worked at the William Carter Company, and attended the Barnesville Church of the Nazarene. Mrs. Batchelor was preceded in death by her Husband, Mr. Ralph Cannon Batchelor, Jr.

Survivors include her Daughter – Brenda Whitten of Barnesville ; Granddaughter – Amanda Hollar-Bash (& Christopher) of Barnesville ; 3 Great Grandchildren – Johnathan "Wesley" Hollar ; Valeria Bash ; & Ian Bash all of Barnesville ; a Brother – Fred Langford (& Runelle) of Barnesville ; & Numerous Nieces and Nephews also survive.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Alice Batchelor will be conducted Saturday, October 18, 2014 at 2 O' Clock in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home with the Rev. Franklin Gibson Officiating. Interment will follow in Lamar Memory Gardens. The Family will receive friends at the Williams Funeral Home Saturday, October 18, 2014 from 1pm until the service hour.
