Mrs. Ann Willis, age 69, of Barnesville, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2016, at Brightmoor Hospice in Griffin. She was born March 10, 1947, in Canton, daughter of the late William Floyd and Betty Young Wright. Mrs. Willis was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and worked in the textile industry and in retail.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Jim Willis; son, Doug Gill both of Barnesville; a sister Debbie Kyser of Daleville, AL; brother, Steve Wright of Barnesville; nieces and their spouses, Angela and Jeromy Hedtke of Daleville, AL, Brooke Wright, Kelly and Mike Wilson all of Barnesville, Donna and Scotty Stinchcomb of Griffin, Stephanie and Phil Ruffin, Deidra Beam and Denise Ennis all of Barnesville; and a nephew and spouse, Todd and Candy Vining of Milner.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 Wednesday at Breedlove Memorial Chapel with Rev. Franklin Gibson officiating. Interment will be in Lamar Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 pm.
