Basilia Arbona, age 90, of Jackson, GA, passed away Friday, February 7, 2014 at Westbury Medical Care Home. She was born on May 22, 1923 in Utuado, Puerto Rico to the late Francisco Gonzalez and the late Adelina Gonzalez. Mrs. Arbona attended Abundant Life Assembly of God. She is preceded in death by her husband, Juan Arbona.

Mrs. Arbona is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Sara and Victor Echevarria, Adele and Gregory Lopez, Hilda and Max Bracero, Mercedes and Robert Muller; son and daughter-in-law, John and Angela Arbona; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; sisters, Tillie, Adela, Jenny, Frances, and Antonia; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services for Basilia Arbona will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Rudy Mangham officiating. Interment will be at Flovilla North City Cemetery.
