Mrs. Betty Smith Crawford, age 88, of Barnesville passed away Saturday, October 11, 2014 at her Residence. Mrs. Crawford was born in Atlanta, GA to the late Mr. Milton Wallace Smith, Jr. and to the late Mrs. Nell C. Bramblett. She was a Home Maker, Community Volunteer, and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Barnesville. Mrs. Crawford was preceded in death by her late Husband, Dr. John Brantley Crawford.

Survivors include her 2 Daughters – Cathy Crawford Sims (& James) of Lancaster, TX ; & Christine Crawford of Thomaston ; a Son – John Brantley Crawford, Jr. (& Leah) of Barnesville ; 2 Grandchildren – Catherine Sims McKay (& John) of Pantego, TX ; & Brantley Sims (& Megan) of Savannah, GA ; a Sister-in-Law – Maxine Smith of Barnesville ; & a number of other Relatives also survive.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Betty Smith Crawford will be conducted Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at 3 O' Clock in the First Untied Methodist Church of Barnesville with the Rev. Dana Overton – Garrett officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. The Family will receive friends at the Williams Funeral Home Tuesday, October 14, 2014 from 6PM until 8PM.

In Lieu of flowers the family request that contributions be made to the First United Methodist Church of Barnesville or to the Donors favorite charity.
