Robert Glenn "Bobby" Batchelor, age 61, of Jackson, GA, passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at Sacred Journey Hospice in McDonough. He was born May 28, 1951 in Griffin, GA to the late Louis Ralph Batchelor and the late Ruth Wise Batchelor. Bobby proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. Bobby is survived by a daughter, Michelle Batchelor, of Jackson; son, Mike Batchelor, of Jackson; 2 grandchildren; sister, Brenda Harper, of Jackson; brothers and sisters-in-law, Kenneth and Kay Batchelor, of Jackson, Buster and Runette Batchelor, Rex and Kitty Batchelor, all of Lakeland, FL. Memorial services for Bobby Batchelor will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, November 16, 2012 at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2617 Vinson Highway, Milledgeville, GA 31061, with Rudy Mangham officiating.
