Mrs. Brenda Sue Turner Anderson, age 75, of Jackson, Georgia, passed away Monday, January 13, 2025.

Brenda was born on Tuesday, May 3, 1949, in Jackson, Georgia to the late Charles and Mary Turner. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ben Anderson; son-in-law, David McDonald; nephew, Dale Anderson; brothers, Charles Turner, William Turner, and Leroy Turner. Brenda was a member of Towaliga Baptist Church for over 20 years. She enjoyed cooking and baking, coloring, and drawing. She was a caregiver for her parents and brothers. Brenda was very loving, kind, and selfless and she never got upset with anyone. She will be deeply missed.

Brenda is survived by her children, Mary Kay Anderson McDonald, Melissa Gail Anderson; 3 grandsons; 5 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Harry Anderson; nieces, Kimberly Jean Harrison, Brandi Turner Collins.

A graveside service for Mrs. Brenda Anderson will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at Towaliga Baptist Church Cemetery, with Mr. Rudy Mangham officiating. Friends may visit the family one hour prior to the service at Sherrell-Westbury Funeral Home.
