Ms. Brenda Gail Gibson, age 50, of Barnesville, passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2009, at her residence. She was a member of the Good Shepherd Church of God in Barnesville. Ms. Gibson was a blessing to those who loved her and a wonderful friend to all who had the joy of knowing her.

Ms. Gibson was born on April 1, 1958, in Lamar County, to the late Aubrey Lee Gibson and the late Elizabeth Antionette Ennis Gibson.

Survivors include her Sisters: Faye Pike (Larry "Blinky" Fitzgerald) of Barnesville, GA; Sherry L. Moore (Terry "Bop") of Barnesville, GA; Tracy Langford (Michael) of Barnesville, GA.; Patricia "Shorty" Gibson (Joe) of Thomaston, GA.; her Brothers: Leroy Gibson of Thomaston, GA.; Tony Gibson of Barnesville, GA.; Harvey Lee Gibson (Maureen) of Barnesville, GA.; her Best Friends: Doug Pike of Barnesville, GA.; Amy, Charlie and Hannah Smith of Barnesville, GA.; Mary Nipper of Griffin, GA.; numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and Friends also survive.

Funeral services for Ms. Brenda Gail Gibson will take place at 2:00 PM, on Tuesday, February 10, 2009 in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 6 – 9 PM, on Monday, February 9, 2009 at Williams Funeral Home. Interment will take place in the Ennis Family Cemetery immediately following the service.
