Mrs. Brenda (Nanny) Jones, 51, of Barnesville passed away Sunday, August 25, 2013 at Spalding Regional Medical Center. She was born December 13, 1961 in Upson County, daughter of the late James and Mattie Grace Dawson Turner. Mrs. Jones was a homemaker who loved taking care of family and helping others. She was formerly employed by General Tire and was a hostess at the Garden Patch Restaurant.

Survivors include her husband of 32 years, John Jones of Barnesville; sons and daughters-in-law, Johnny Jones of Barnesville, Jeremy and Kristina Warren of Molena, Justin Smith, Christopher Chase and Ricci Linn Jones, and James Ethan and Kaila Nicole Jones, all of Barnesville; daughter, Heather Smith; grandchildren, Skyla Moore, Katana Rose Jones, Ali Warren, Leigha Warren, Shelby Warren, Nijah Fambro, Troy Peacock and Cody Peacock; sister, Vickie Turner of Barnesville; brothers, Mark Turner of Barnesville, and Bruce Turner of Thomaston; and her best friend, Wilma Lowe.

Services will be at 6:00 Tuesday evening at the Breedlove Memorial Chapel with Tim South and Ernest Warren officiating. The family will be at the home of her mother-in-law, Sue Warren, at 416 Bypass Road, and will receive friends at the funeral home this Monday evening from 6:00 until 8:00, and from 4:00 until 6:00 Tuesday before the service.
