Mrs. Carla Robin Stansell Allen, age 49, of Barnesville passed away Friday, April 24, 2009 in a Barnesville Healthcare Facility. A native of Lamar County, Mrs. Allen was the daughter of the late Mr. Frank Shelly Stansell and the late Mrs. Edna Violet Berry Stansell.

Survivors include: Her Son – Charles Williams of Barnesville ; Her Daughter – Carla Williams of Quincy, FL ; 2 Brothers – Mark Stansell (& his wife, Bobbie) of Barnesville ; & Sonny Huckabee (& his wife, Jackie) of Thomaston ; 2 Grandchildren – Chase Williams and Chasity Williams, both of Thomaston ; Numerous nieces and Nephews also survive.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Carla Stansell Allen will be conducted Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at 2 O'Clock in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home with Rev. Franklin Gibson officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Williams Funeral home on Monday evening, April 27, 2009 from 6pm until 8pm.
