Chaloria Ann Ore Maffett, 84, of Barnesville, GA went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 21, 2022.

She was born February 10, 1938, in Mayodan, NC to the late Julius and Pearl Ore.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Frank Maffett; her children Keith(late wife Sue) Maffett of Albany, GA, Donna (Ray) Lunsford of Stockbridge, GA and Debbie (Mark) Wallace of Calhoun, GA; 12 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren who all loved her dearly also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents, Julius and Pearl Orr, daughter- in-law Sue Maffett, and grandchildren Roger Keith Maffett, Jr., Jennifer Hope Maffett, and Ryan Keith Lunsford. She will be missed by all, but we know she lives on in our heart.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. in Breedlove Memorial Chapel of Williams-Westbury Funeral Home with Reverend Stanton Varnadoe officiating. Interment will follow the service Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5 until 7 PM at the funeral home.
