Charles Randall (Charlie) Turner, age 65, of Jackson, GA, died Friday, March 11, 2011 at Spalding Regional Medical Center. He was born April 21, 1945 in Jackson son of the late Charles Alfred and Mary Emma English Turner. He loved his family and his church and enjoyed fishing, baseball, wrestling, and people. Mr. Charlie Turner is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Brenda and Ben Anderson, of Jackson, GA; brother, William Turner, of Jackson; 2 nieces, Melissa Anderson, of Jackson, Brandi Collins, of Jackson; sister-in-law, Lynn Turner, of Williamson; and several cousins. He was preceded in death by a brother, Leroy Turner. Grave side services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, March 14, 2011 at Pleasant Hill Methodist Church Cemetery with Rudy Mangham officiating.
