Mrs. Charlotte Ann O'Neal Foster, age 87, of McDonough, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2026.

Charlotte was born on Sunday, January 8, 1939, in Thomaston, Georgia to the late Cleo Welch O'Neal and the late Ruth Morris O'Neal. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Jack Foster; daughter, Joy Leigh Foster; sisters, Janice Young, Evelyn Fink, Mildred O'Neal; and brothers, Horace O'Neal, Marvin O'Neal. She loved to watch the Atlanta Braves and actually kept records. She also enjoyed reading, gardening, BINGO, and going to the beach.

Charlotte is survived by her children, Theron and Tina Foster, Tim and Rhonda Foster; grandchildren, Brian and Brandy Foster, Bobby Foster, T.J. Foster, Whitney and Andrew Cochran, Christina and Michael DeJong, Stephanie and Mikey Hackney; great-grandchildren, Jake Foster, Caleb Foster, Annaleigh DeJong, Adriaan DeJong, Declan Hackney, Miles Hackney; many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

A funeral service for Mrs. Charlotte Foster will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at the Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Reverend Jim Hunter officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Rock Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Friday, April 10, 2026, from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
