Mrs. Christine McDaniel Zellner, age 86, of Barnesville passed away on February 4, 2014 in a Barnesville Healthcare Facility. Mrs. Zellner was born in Oglethorpe County to the late Mr. George McDaniel and to the late Mrs. Ethel Drake McDaniel. Mrs. Zellner was also preceded in death by her Husband, Clifford Preston Zellner, Sr.,her Son, Clifford Preston Zellner, Jr., 4 Brothers, William Howard McDaniel, Otis Cleveland McDaniel, Marvin Edward McDaniel, & Billy McDaniel, & by a Sister, Winnie Mae Taylor. She was retired as a Sewing Machine Operator from The William Carter Company and attended the First Pentecostal Church at The Rock.

Survivors include a Daughter Margaret Zellner of Augusta ; 4 Grandchildren ; & 2 Sisters – Marjorie M. Andrews of Barnesville ; & Betty Ogilvie Adamson (& Grady) of Barnesville.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Christine McDaniel Zellner will be conducted Thursday, February 6, 2014 at 2 O'Clock in the First Pentecostal Church at the Rock with the Rev. L.R. Brock officiating. Interment will follow in the Ramah Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Williams Funeral Home on Wednesday evening, February 5, 2014 from 6pm until 8pm.
