Mr. Charles "Chucky" Smith, age 64, of Meansville, Georgia, passed away peacefully in his sleep after a long battle with kidney failure.

Chucky was born on Saturday, February 14, 1959, in Atlanta, Georgia, to the late Jewell Eugene Smith and to the late Mildred Louise Smith.

He is survived by his wife of 5 years, Becky Whitt Smith. He also leaves behind 2 children, Stephen (Jessica) Smith and Stephanie (Lucius) Banks; 8 grandchildren, Hunter, Jaycie, Austin, Skyler, Benjamin, Waylon, Ashley and Graysen; 4 great-grandchildren, Kayden, Coley, Tucker and Kade; 3 brothers and 2 sisters, Elaine (David) Price, Jerry (Cheryl) Smith, Paul (Myra) Smith and Barbara (Vince) Price, Tommy (Myna) Smith; also multiple nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.

Funeral Services for Mr. Charles "Chucky" Smith will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. in Breedlove Memorial Chapel with Reverend Bob Calloway and Reverend Paul Smith officiating. Friends may visit with the family Wednesday, from 10:00 A.M. until the service hour at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service in Greenwood Cemetery.
