Mr. Cleon Harvey, age 54, of Barnesville passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at his residence. He was a native of Austell, GA but made his home in Barnesville for a number of years. Born to the late Mr. James Nathan Harvey and to Mrs. Margaret Louise Allen Harvey, he was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church in Griffin, GA. Mr, Harvey was a Heating and Air Tech at AEP in Griffin.

Survivors Include - Wife – Linda Harvey of Barnesville ; 1 Son – Joey Harvey (& Alicia) of Commerce ; 1 Daughter - Catherine Thompson (& Luke) of Barnesville ; 1 Step-Son – Jonathan (& Jennifer) Hall of Edmond, OK ; His Mother - Mrs. Margaret Harvey ; 4 Grandchildren ; 2 Step–Grandchildren ; 2 Brothers - Calvin Harvey (& Peggy) of Jenkins burg ; Robert Harvey (& Cheris) of McDonough ; 2 Sisters- Judy Ayers (& Robert) of Stockbridge ; & Melinda Harvey of St. Simons.

Funeral Services for Mr. Cleon Harvey will be conducted on Wednesday May 19, 2010 at 2:00 PM in The Chapel of Williams Funeral Home with the Reverend John Nance officiating. Interment will be held Wednesday afternoon (5-19-10) at 4:00 PM in Sherwood Memorial Gardens in Jonesboro. The family will receive friends at the Williams Funeral Home on Wednesday (5-19-10) from 12 Noon until the service hour.
