Mr. Clinton Dan Willis Sr., age 77, of Barnesville, Georgia, passed away peacefully at  Grady Memorial Hospital on February 23, 2023.

Mr. Willis was born on Friday, December 18, 1945, in Barnesville, Georgia, and was the youngest of 8 siblings.  He was preceded in death by his parents; Rosa Knight Willis and Hester Warren Willis; infant son David Warren Willis; sisters Ethel Spencer, Nadine Peacock, Bessie Partain, Margaret Partain; brother Julian Willis; He leaves behind his wife of 33 years, Penny Jones Willis, and together have 4 children Gary Willis, Dan Willis Jr., Nikol Nalley, and Kami Mayes; 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren;

sisters Janice Gilbert and Roselle Edwards.

He worked for Flowers Baking Company and bought a distributorship from Flowers, after selling his distributorship he worked for the Pike County Sheriff's Office until he retired.

Graveside Services for Mr. Clinton Dan Willis Sr., will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at 1:00 P.M at Union Primitive Baptist Church. Friends may visit with the family   Tuesday, February 28, 2023, from 11:00 A.M. until 12:30 P.M. at the funeral home.
