Mr. Daniel (Danny) Craig Brooks, age 68, of Jackson, GA passed away Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Pine Pointe Hospice in Macon. Danny was born Thursday, April 6, 1950, in Griffin, Georgia, son of the late Louie Arthur Brooks and the late Mary Josephine Craig Brooks. He was very proud of his 1963 Corvette and loved going to car shows and drag racing. Danny was an avid Alabama football fan. He was preceded in death by his son, Daniel Craig Brooks, Jr.

Danny is survived by his wife of 48 years, Brenda L. Brooks; daughters and son-in-law, Sandy and Ken Mason, Danielle Fletcher; grandchildren, Carol Ann St. Aubin, Magen McMichael, Katie Fletcher, Jacob Fletcher, Tyler Mason; sisters, Carole Brooks White, Nancy Brooks Pritchett; several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service for Mr. Danny Brooks will be held Sunday, December 2, 2018 at 3:00 P.M. at Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Bill Marks and Dr. Randall Reece officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. Sunday afternoon.
