Mr. David Gerald Joseph Crawford, age 18, of Jackson, Georgia, passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2026.

David was born on Saturday, September 15, 2007, in Griffin, Georgia to Nathan Jeffrey Crawford and Summer Helton Crawford. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Jerrie Carter. David was a member of Heritage Baptist Church and was a senior at Jackson High School. He formerly worked at Jimmy’s and The Brickery. David was a gym rat and enjoyed working out and walking. His true passions were history and Johnny Cash, but most of all for Jesus. David was loved so much and will be deeply missed.

David is survived by his parents, Nathan and Summer Crawford; brothers, Chris Crawford, Jackson Crawford; sisters, Cheyenne Crawford, Savannah Crawford; grandparents, Jeff and Mendy Crawford, David Helton; aunts and uncles, Kerrie and BJ Monti, Terry and Grant Ivie, Mandy and Chad Hagen; and several cousins.

A funeral service for Mr. David Crawford will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at Heritage Baptist Church with Reverend Terrell Hopkins officiating. Interment will follow at Jackson City Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Monday evening from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
