Mr. David Richard Kelly, Sr., age 65, of Culloden, GA., passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2009 in Upson County. Mr. Kelly was born in Atlanta on February 28, 1944 to the late Mr. Charlie Kelly and the late Mrs. Sally Lois Brooks Kelly. He was a member of First Christian Church in Jonesboro, GA.

Mr. Kelly is survived by his Wife: Jannie "Diane" Robertson Kelly of Culloden; Sons: Richard Kelly, Jr. and Wife, Tammy of McDonough, Brian Kelly and Wife, Rhonda of Hampton; 7 Grandchildren: Taylor Kelly, Joshua Kelly, Devin Kelly, Tiffany Kelly, Brian Kelly, Jr. and Kimberly Kelly; Brothers: Jerry Kelly and Wife, Elaine of Jackson, Charles Kelly and Wife, Barbara of Snellville, and Philip Kelly and Wife, Gail of Fayetteville; Sisters: Dot Fortner of Pooler, Emilie Thiessen and Husband, Merv of Hampton, and Carolyn Price of Morrow.

Funeral Services for Mr. David Richard Kelly, Sr. will be conducted on Monday, March 30, 2009 in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home at 3 PM. A visitation will take place on Sunday evening between the hours of 5 and 7 PM, also in Williams Funeral Home. Interment will be in Lamar Memory Gardens.
