Mrs. Debra Ann Belcher Huber, age 64, of Locust Grove, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

Debra was born on Monday, April 15, 1957, in Scarbro, West Virginia to the late Enoch Oay Belcher and the late Hester Marie Bartley Belcher. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Pluma Belcher; and brothers, Roger Belcher, Rickey Belcher. She was an amazing southern Appalachian woman and loved her family.

Debra is survived by her husband, William Huber; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Samantha Huber; daughter, Desirē McCarthy; grandchildren, Alyssa Ivy, Dalen Ivy, Kaden Huber; siblings, Genevieve Golden, Ronald Belcher, Ronnie Belcher, Marie Belcher, Enoch Belcher, Richard Belcher, Roy Belcher; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

A funeral service for Mrs. Debra Huber will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Pastor Joe Durham officiating. Friends may visit the family from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Friday, April 24, 2026 and again on Saturday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to cancer research at American Cancer Society.
