Mrs. Dee Dee Elaine Glover Phillips, of Barnesville, age 38, passed away October 21, 2009. Mrs. Phillips was born in Monroe County, to the late Mr. Morris Glover and Mrs. Jessie May Wooten Glover. She made her home in Lamar County for most of her life.

Survivors include her husband Roscoe Phillips of Lamar County, 2 daughters Jessica Glover and Marion Phillips, 3 sisters Marsha (and Danny )Myers of Pike County, Pamela (and JM) Ward of Henry County, and Tracey (and Jerry) Anglin of Oglethorpe County. Mrs. Phillips is also survived by a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mrs. Phillips will be conducted in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home at 11 O' clock Tuesday morning (10-27-2009). Interment will follow at the County Line Baptist Church Cemetery in Jenkinsburg, Ga. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening 6pm until 8pm.
