Mrs. Diane Louise Hunter, age 63, of Jackson, GA, died Saturday, November 13, 2010. She was born on December 20, 1946 in Brighton, MA to Manuel and Louise Pepe Cabral. She was a member of St. Mary Mother of God Catholic Church in Jackson. She was retired from Delta Airlines and was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother to her family. One of her great joys was spending the holidays with her family and friends. She enjoyed traveling and pencil sketching. Mrs. Diane Hunter is survived by her husband, Bill Hunter, of Jackson, GA; son Ronnie Mitcham, of Hollywood, Fl; son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Lori Mitcham, of Ola, GA; mother, Louise Cabral, of Hollywood, FL; and granddaughter, Mason Mitcham. She is preceded in death by her father, Manuel P. Cabral, and brother, Manny Cabral. Services for Mrs. Diane Hunter will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, November 18, 2010 at St. Mary Mother of God Catholic Church with Father Mark Fischer officiating. The rosary and visitation will be at the church from 9:00 AM until service time on Thursday. Interment will follow at 2:30 PM at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville.
