Mr. Don Nicholson, 54, of Barnesville, passed away Wednesday, September 13, 2017, at the home of his cousin, Sheila Nicholson surrounded by family in the Piedmont community. Don was born March 15, 1963, in Barnesville, son of the late Daniel Eugene Sr. and Virginia Berry Nicholson. He was a truck driver for Quality Paving. Don enjoyed fishing, four wheeling and bond fires. He loved spending time with his family, friends and his dog, Mack.

He is survived by a son, Bryan Nicholson; two grandchildren; two sisters and a brother, Belinda Bennett (Bobby), Teresa McCormick; Dan (Cartoon) Nicholson (Cybil); several nieces and nephews, Daniel Nicholson, Michael Nicholson, Brandon Nicholson, Jenny Rowell, Ashley Newberry, Stephen Byrd, Rusty McCormick Jr. and Tracy Lane; and a special cousin, Sheila Nicholson.

Memorial services will be private.
