Mrs. Donna Marie O'Hearn James, age 66, of Jackson, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2023.

Donna was born on Thursday, October 25, 1956, in Claxton, Georgia to the late Lewis Lamar O'Hearn and the late Rosena Couch O'Hearn.  Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Celest James. Donna loved to fish, camp, and play poker. She was an avid UGA fan. Spending time with her family was most important, especially her grandchildren.

Donna is survived by her husband of 28 years, Tony James; children and spouse, Lewis Richardson, Wade James, Cody and Taylor James; grandchildren, Camryn Richardson, Chase Richardson, Aubrey James, Reed James, Colby James, Oaklynn James; sister, Connie O'Hearn; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A funeral service for Mrs. Donna James will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2023, at the Sherrell Memorial Chapel at 11:00 A.M. with Mr. Rudy Mangham and Reverend Jeremiah Hosford officiating. Interment will follow at Flovilla North Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
