Mrs. Dorothy Bell Fordham Denton, age 91, of Barnesville passed away Friday, June 19, 2009. A native of Heflin, Alabama, she had made her home in Lamar County for a number of years. Daughter of the late Mr. David Cleveland Fordham and the late Mrs. Mattie Lovejoy Fordham, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Edward Denton. Mrs. Denton was a Home Maker, and a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include: Her Son - Charlie Ray Denton, and his wife Debra of Milner ; 9 Grandchildren ; 11 Great Grandchildren ; 1 Sister - Christine Mathesws ; 1 Brother - Lonnie Fordham ; and a number of other relatives also survive.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Dorothy Bell Fountain Denton will be Private.
