Mrs. Dorothy Mae Waits Redman, age 82, of Jackson, GA, died Saturday, August 6, 2011 at Vitas Hospice in Stockbridge. She was born May 13, 1929 in Jackson to the late William Alexander and Nancy Tillman Waits. She was a member of Stark United Methodist Church and enjoyed her church, spending time with her family, dancing, country and gospel music, fishing and riding around. Mrs. Redman is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, William (Billy) III and Stephanie Redman, of Jackson; 5 grandchildren, Nicole, Kristin, and Casey Redman, Page and Brandon Godfrey; 2 great-grandchildren, Mason W. Harmon and Chloe A. Frady. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Cliett Redman, Jr. Memorial services for Mrs. Dorothy Redman will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, August 12, 2011 at Stark United Methodist Church with Rev.
