Mr. Edward L. Price, age 92, of Barnesville went to be with the Lord on June 20, 2012 at his daughter's home. He was a Professional Photographer and served in the Army during World War II. He enjoyed working with his hands and could fix it or build it. He delighted in having family around him and they loved his gentle and sweet spirit. He was strong, brave and resilient….that was our Dad and Paw Paw.

Survivors include his wife Vernie L. Price ; 3 Daughters – Teresa Price-Batts (& Bill) of Barnesville ; Dona Coleman (& Paul) of Barnesville ; & Theda Marie Khan (& Tariq) of Marietta ; 3 Sons – Les Price, Jr. (& Cindy) of Meansville ; Spencer Price (& Erin) of Yatesville ; & Phillip Price (& Pam) of Florida ; 13 Grandchildren ; & 16 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Service for Mr. Edward L. Price will be conducted on Sunday, June 24, 2012 at 3 O' Clock from the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home with Rev. Garth Forster officiating. Interment will be on Monday, June 25, 2012 at 11 O' Clock in Oakland Cemetery in Atlanta. The family will receive friends at Williams Funeral Home on Sunday, June 24, 2012 from 2 pm until the service hour.
