Mrs. Elaine Dannie Dilbeck Kelly, age 85, of Jackson, Georgia passed away on Monday, February 20, 2023.

Elaine was born on Monday, January 31, 1938, in Atlanta, Georgia to the late John Dilbeck and the late Ruby McGehee Dilbeck. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Jerry Virgle Kelly; brothers, John Dilbeck, Jimmy Dilbeck, and George Dilbeck. Elaine was a member of Stark United Methodist Church and sang in the church choir. She enjoyed gardening, reading, and going to the beach. Most important, Elaine loved spending time with her family.

Elaine is survived by her children and spouses, Vicki and Clinton Silver, Sherrie and Gary Frye, Connie and Frank Thrift, Buddy and Heather Kelly, Charlie and Rebae Kelly, Jeff and Kimmie Kelly, Todd Kelly; 26 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mrs. Elaine Kelly will be held on Sunday, February 26, 2023, at 3:00 P.M. at Stark United Methodist Church, 1097 Halls Bridge Rd, Jackson, GA 30233, with Reverend Skip Mitchell officiating. Friends may visit with the family at the church from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. Interment will follow the service at Stark United Methodist Church Cemetery.
