Ms. Frances Beatrice Cole McCollough, age 85 of Barnesville passed away Friday, April 11, 2014 in a Spalding County Healthcare Facility. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Joseph Reece Cole and the late Mrs. Willie Lena Ross Cole, and was also preceded in death by her husband, the late Mr. Herbert McCollough. Ms. McCollough was retired from The William Carter Company Outlet Store after 58 years and 7 months of service, and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include: 1 Son – Michael McCollough (& Lynn) ; 1 Daughter – Janice McLeod (& Roger) ; 4 Grandchildren – Amanda James, Jason McCollough, Chris Welch, and Lisa Shell ; 5 Great Grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Funeral Services for Ms. Frances McCollough will be conducted Sunday, April 13, 2014 at 2 O'Clock in the Calvary Baptist Church with the Reverend Alan Newman officiating. Interment will follow in Lamar Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the Calvary Baptist Church on Sunday, April 13, 2014 from 1:00pm until the service hour.
