Mrs. Frances Elaine Roberts Osborne, age 54, of Milner passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at her residence. Born in Germany while her father was in the U.S. Military, Mrs. Osborne had made her home in Lamar County for a number of years. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Leland Stanford Roberts, III and the late Mrs. June Gates Roberts. Mrs. Osborne had been the Activities Director at Heritage Inn Nursing Home in Barnesville. She was a member of The First Assembly of God in Griffin.

Survivors include: Her Husband - Kent Osborne of Milner ; 3 Sons - Patrick John, Barry Kent, II, and Leland James ; 1 Daughter-in-law - Amber Michelle ; 5 Sisters - Judy Schmidt, Rebecca Roberts, Michelle Johnson, Denise Donham, & Patty Hermisillo ; 3 Grandchildren - Kaylie Elizabeth, Gillian Elaine, & Christian Erick John ; and a Special Friend - Peggy Sumner.

Memorial Services for Mrs. Frances Osborne will be conducted Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at 2 O'Clock in The First Assembly of God in Griffin with the Reverend Randy Valimont and the Reverend Greg Marsh officiating. Interment will be private.

Williams Funeral Home of Barnesville is in charge of arrangements.
