Mr. Frederick Lee Redman, age 90, of Forest Park, Georgia, passed away on Friday, July 10, 2026.

Lee was born on Monday, March 23, 1936, in Jackson, Georgia to the late William Morris Redman and the late Loma Thomason Redman. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Claire Bryant Redman; 1 brother; and 1 sister. Lee was a Jackson High School graduate, Georgia Tech graduate in Mechanical Engineering, and a member of the National Guard. He worked at Bluebird Bus Company, Georgia Power, and later at Atlanta Gas Light. Lee loved to play baseball in his younger days and enjoyed hunting and fishing. His most loved hobbies were working on engines and crossword puzzles. Lee loved the Lord and will be deeply missed.

Lee is survived by his children, Ric Redman, Elizabeth and Terry Furrh, Mike Redman, David and Tracy Redman; 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Funeral services for Mr. Lee Redman will be held on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. in the Sherrell Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Jackson City Cemetery. Friends may visit the family one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
