Gail Geraldine Utter, age 70, of Jackson, GA, passed away Thursday, September 26, 2013 at Christian Ministries Hospice in Griffin. She was born on April 2, 1943 in Jasper, AL to the late David Patrick and the late Thelma Shurett Patrick. She is preceded in death by her husband, William (Bill) Utter, and daughter, Theresa Utter Mixon.

Gail is survived by daughter, Kathy Morris, of Jackson; 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Larry and Mary Ann Utter, of High Falls, Raymond and Becky Utter, of High Falls; 5 grandchildren, David, Amber, Dewayne, Jessie, and Cheyenne; 2 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters and brother-in-law, Doris Brown, of AL, Joyce Lavincky, of AL, Barbara and James Evans, of High Falls; brother, Leroy Patrick, of AL; sister-in-law, Carol and Lawrence Connely; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Gail Utter will be held at 2:00 PM September 28, 2013 at Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Mr. Rudy Mangham officiating.
