Mr. Garry Lee Barbee, age 61, of Griffin passed away Monday, February 9, 2015 in a Spalding County Healthcare Facility. A native of Fulton County, he was the son of the late Mr. Roy Hillard Barbee and the late Mrs. Minnie Iola Carden Barbee. Mr. Barbee was self-employed as a General Construction Contractor, and attended Griffin First Assembly of God.

Survivors include: His wife - Karen Barbee of Griffin ; 3 Daughters - Sabrina Vaughn (& husband, Jeff) of Barnesville, Brandi Turner (& husband, Ken) of Gainesville, and Candy Gossett (& husband, Josh) of Zebulon ; His Sister - Judy Puckett (& husband, Pat) of Fayetteville ; His Brother - Roy Barbee (& wife, Sherry) of McDonough ; 10 Grandchildren - Angel, Jeffrey, Joey, Chris, Allison, Kristen, Kaitlyn, Travis, Joshua, & Noah ; as well as several Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Services for Mr. Garry Lee Barbee will be conducted Thursday, February 12, 2015 at 1 O'Clock in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Williams Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 from 7pm until 9pm.
