Mr. Gerald Winston Martin, age 73, of Barnesville Ga. passed away Friday, January 15, 2016 in a Spalding County Healthcare facility. He was the son of the late Mr. Elijah Franklin Martin and the late Mrs. Elethia Ann Johnston Martin. Mr. Martin was also preceded in death by his Wife, Mrs. Patricia Ann Russell Martin and by a Son, Mr. Keith Martin. Mr. Martin was self employed at Martin Flooring.

Survivors include: 2 Daughters – Linda Martin Senn (& Michael) of Tallahassee, FL and Angela Barton (& fiancé, Tommy Smith) of Barnesville; Son – Terry Martin of Marietta, GA; Step Son – Danny Presley of Barnesville; 2 Brothers – Jimmy Martin of Riverdale, GA and Danny Martin (& Kathy) of Barnesville; Sister – Louise Cauthen (& Merrill) of Barnesville; 6 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.

Mr. Martin's family will receive friends at the Williams Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 from 6 pm until 8pm. All other services will be private.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to assist with funeral expenses, or to Brightmoor Hospice, 3223 Newnan Rd., Griffin GA 30223.
