Gloria Jean Moon, age 71, of Jackson, GA passed away Monday, December 24, 2012 at her residence. She was born April 5, 1941 in Atlanta, GA to the late Paul Fuller and the late Clara Williams Fuller. She enjoyed smoking, watching TV and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Harold Moon; son, Robert Sherwood Payne Jr.; and 2 sisters. Gloria is survived by her daughter, Penny Norsworthy; son and daughter-in-law, Rodney and Lee Ann Payne; grandchildren, T.J., Kyle, R.J. and Tony; great-grandchildren, Ian, Hailey and Damion, all of Jackson; sister, Louise Day, of Lawrenceville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Gloria Moon will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, December 28, 2012 at Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Mr. Rudy Mangham officiating. Interment will be at Sandy Creek Cemetery.
