Harry Thomas "Tiny" Bowden, of Jackson, GA, died Wednesday, July 6, 2011. He was born June 3, 1945 in Griffin, GA to the late Ivy Jewel and Gladys Irene Aders Bowden. He was a member of Towaliga Baptist Church and volunteer firefighter for Butts County. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his friends and family. "Tiny" is survived by his wife, Ellie Bell Bowden; daughter and son-in-law, Rhonda and Mike Keener, of Dacula; 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Bobby and Missy Cain, of Jackson, Jeff and Tiffany Cain, of Lugoff, SC; sister, Betty Hacker, of Griffin; 6 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers. Funeral services for Harry "Tiny" Bowden will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, July 8, 2011 at Towaliga Baptist Church with Rev. Jay Sanders officiating. Interment will be at Towaliga Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 - 9:00 PM Thursday evening.
