Mrs. Hazel Nancy Youngblood, age 78, of Barnesville, Georgia, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025.

Hazel was born on Thursday, August 29, 1946, in Forsyth, Georgia, to the late George Aaron Ivey and Myrtice Wilson Ivey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; Cecil Youngblood, and her brother; Dewitt Ivey.

Hazel loved the Lord and had strong faith. She attended the Good Shepherd Worship Center in Barnesville and loved her church and was an active member.  Hazel loved baking, crocheting and spending time with her family.

Hazel is survived by her children; Tim Wilson, Lynn Tillery (Shane Davis), Lisa Smith and Bonnie Ellington (Brian Owens), Grandchildren; Stetson Woodall (Alexis), Summer South (Devin), Katlin Beggs, Abby Ellington, Justin Smith, Brandon Wilson, Great-Grandchildren; Mickenly Woodall, S.J. Woodall, Casen South, Railey South, several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

A Funeral Service for Mrs. Hazel Nancy Youngblood will be held Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at the Good Shepherd Worship Center 805 Zebulon Street Barnesville, Georgia 30204 with Pastor Walter T. Stafford officiating. Freinfd may visit with family one hour prior to at the Church.  Interment will follow at 2:00 P.M. at Mount Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery 349 M D Kirksey Road Butler, Georgia 31006. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 from 6-8 P.M. at Williams-Westbury Funeral Home.
