Mr. Hubert Roberds, age 83, of Milner, passed away Wednesday, August 31, 2016, at Macon Medical Hospital. Mr. Roberds was born on March 3, 1933 in Arkansas, son of the late George Stanley Roberds and Donna Jeffcoat Roberds, and he was raised in Hooks, TX. Mr. Roberds retired from Georgia Precision Welding and Machining. He served as a fireman in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and was a member of the V.F.W.

Survivors include his wife, Louise Roberds of Milner; children and their spouses, Edward Francis and Ellen Roberds of Jefferson; John Stanley and Jeanne Roberds of Bethlehem; Rita Ann and Jimmy Harvey of Hosford, FL.; stepson and his wife, Wade and Kaye Burk of Barnesville; stepdaughter and her husband, Tracy and Randy Foster of Williamson; 12 grandchildren and numerous great- grandchildren. Mr. Roberds is preceded in death by a son, Wesley Ray Roberds and a daughter, Frances Marie Canup.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 pm, Monday, September 5, 2016 at his home.
