Mrs. Helen Cook Roberts, age 94, formerly of Barnesville passed away Friday, September 7, 2012 in an Eatonton Healthcare Facility. A native of Twiggs County, Mrs. Roberts was the daughter of the late Mr. Julian Roswell Cook and the late Mrs. Martha Kate Porch Cook. Mrs. Roberts Retired from the William Carter Company. She had attended the First Baptist Church of Barnesville, and had a deep love for God. Mrs. Roberts loved her family dearly. She began to play billiards at age 65, and won multiple trophies doing so. She also loved fishing and gardening.

Survivors include: 1 Daughter - Judi M. Collins (& Glen R.) of Greensboro ; 2 Sons - Julian Eugene Roberts (& Lu) of Virginia Beach, VA and Norman Arthur Roberts (& Emily) of Ladson, SC ; 3 Grandchildren ; Several Nieces and Nephews, including Megan Dooley, Ellen Woods, & Mercer Bush.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Helen C. Roberts will be conducted Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at 3 O' Clock in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
