Mr. Howard Allen "Al" Harper, age 63, of Barnesville, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2020 at Wellstar Spalding Regional Hospital.

Mr. Harper was born in Henry County, Georgia on Thursday, June 21, 1956 to the late Howard Riley Harper and the late Marie Roberts Harper. He is also preceded in death by his brothers-in-law, Emerson Wilkerson & Ulus Luker. Al worked for Sheets Construction, where he was a very gifted mechanic. He loved to fish, and he loved his family.

Al is survived by his siblings and their spouses, Lovon Harper & Bill Edwards, Barbara Ann Harper & Hoke Deaton, Jr., Peggy Harper Wilkerson, Rebecca Harper Luker, Virgil Lee & Joann Harper; nieces and nephews, Chip Deaton, Rebecca Russell, Nikki Lee & Ted Fortenberry, Lance & Mara Wilkerson; great nieces and great nephews, C.J., Nikki, Ruthi, Brittney, Andrea, Wesson, Sawyer; Fiancé, Barbara Huey.

A graveside service for Mr. Howard Allen Harper will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. in Harper's Cemetery in McDonough with Reverend James West of McDonough Tabernacle Church officiating.
