Mrs. Imogene Betty Ayer, age 88, of Barnesville passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 in a Barnesville Healthcare Facility. Mrs. Ayer was a life long resident of Barnesville. She was a supervisor for the William Carter Company and was also a member of the First Baptist church of Barnesville. Mrs. Ayer was preceded in death by her Parents, Mr. Greval Herman and Mrs. Lucille Sanderlin Herman, her Husband, Mr. Cliff Ayer and a Son, Mr. Jerry Ayer.

Survivors include her Son – Rick (&Faye) Ayer ; 4 Grandchildren – Jeff (& Karen) Ayer ; Jeannie (& Kelley) Haddock ; Harold Wainwright ; & Lashan Evans ; 6 Great Grandchildern ; & 2 Great Great Grandchildren also survive.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Imogene Ayer will be conducted at 10 O' Clock on Friday, April 26, 2013 in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home with the Rev. Garth Forster officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Williams Funeral Home on Thursday evening, April 25, 2013 from 6 pm until 8 pm.
