Mrs. Imogene Fielding Sheppard, of Jackson, GA, died Thursday, June 9, 2011. She was born August 20, 1924 in Buckhead, GA to the late Alva and Pearl Nard Fielding. She was a member of Memorial Light House Baptist Church in Stone Mountain. Mrs. Sheppard is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Becky and Don Brooks, of Jackson. She is preceded in death by her husband, Luther (L.L.) Sheppard. Services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, June 13, 2011 at the Chapel of Sherrell Funeral Home with Rudy Mangham officiating. Interment will be at Southview Cemetery in Thomaston. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until the hour of service. Sherrell Funeral Home is in charge of funeral arrangements for Mrs. Imogene Fielding Sheppard.
