Iva Jean Konkle, age 92, of Oakwood, GA passed away Thursday, August 16, 2012. She was born March 29, 1920 in Warsaw, IN to the late Charles and Electa Plew Willard. Mrs. Konkle enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Konkle; brother, Robert Willard; and sister, Thelma Webster. Mrs. Konkle is survived by 2 sons, Doug and Linda Konkle, of Wabash, IN, Bob Konkle, of Oakwood, GA; 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Grave side funeral services for Iva Jean Konkle will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, August 18, 2012 at Jenkinsburg City Cemetery with Rev. Tom Drake officiating.
