Mr. Jackson "Jack" Luke Speakes, age 81, of Barnesville, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at Brightmoor Hospice.

Mr. Speakes was born on Thursday, November 09, 1939 in Louisville, Mississippi. He was the son of the late Harvey Lee Speakes and the late Belle Keene Speakes. Jack was a retired homebuilder, having worked in building and zoning for many years. He also served in the National Reserves for several years.

Jack is survived by his wife of 38 years, Ann Speakes; son, Christopher Speakes; step-son & wife, Jonathan & Janet Tolbert; step-daughter, Alisha Powell; and Kerrie & Chris Stanley; several grandchildren and great- grandchildren also survive.

Friends may visit the family from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Friday June 25, 2021 at Williams-Westbury Funeral Home.
