Mr. James Arnold Cochran, Jr., age 74, of Flovilla, GA, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2019 at Eternal Hope Hospice in Griffin. He was born on Monday, September 25, 1944, in Millen, GA to the late James Arnold Cochran, Sr. and the late Arnease Reddick Cochran. James was a member of Rise Above Ministries.

James is survived by his wife of 43 years, Sue Cochran, daughters and sons-in-law, Cathy Walls, Debbie and David McCarty, Susan and Jeffery Cochran; son, Jimmy Cochran; step-children, Patricia McLeod, Rachel Staples, Judy and John Elkins, Roy Ledford; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Frank Bennett; several special aunts and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mr. James Cochran will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 9, 2019 at Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Mr. Rudy Mangham and Reverend Walter Duke officiating. Interment will follow in the Sandy Creek Cemetery.
