Mrs. Joan Hill Bishop, age 79, of Barnesville, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Joan was born on Friday, September 16, 1945, in Sylvester, Georgia to the late Ernest Hill and the late Mabel Shivers Hill.

Joan is survived by her husband of 62 years; James Archie Bishop; sons, James Kevin Bishop, Darin Vance Bishop; granddaughters, Jordan Bishop, Allison Bishop;caregiver, Amanda Gillman.
