Life Legacy

Mr. Joey Hoke Delzell, age 38, of The Rock passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2017 in an Upson County Healthcare facility. Born on May 10, 1979, he was the son of Mr. Robert Franklin Delzell and Mrs. Debra Turner Johnston. Mr. Delzell was a member of the Holiness faith.

Survivors include his wife- Debra Melissa Moore Delzell; mother, Debra Johnston and step-father Wayne Blackmon; Father Robert Delzell of Alabama; brothers, Chuck Delzell of Thomaston and Robbie Delzell of Nashville, TN. a number of cousins and other relatives also survive.

A Memorial Service for Mr. Joey Hoke Delzell will be conducted Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 11 o'clock in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home.
