Mr. John Francis Norwick, age 86, of Jackson, Georgia, passed away on Monday, March 6, 2023.

John was born on Sunday, April 19, 1936, in Hot Springs, Arkansas to the late John Robert Norwick and the late Frances Ford Norwick. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Mary Lou Vaughn Norwick; great-granddaughter, Eleanor "Nora" Morris. John graduated from Hapeville High School and served in the United States Army. He worked as a cable technician and was an avid HAM radio enthusiast. John enjoyed Friday night football games.

John is survived by his daughters, Jill Morris of Peachtree City, Georgia, Stacey and Clint Ashmore of Jackson, Georgia; grandchildren, Thomas and Bridget Morris, Andrew and Toni Morris, Lauren and Ben Kallenbach, Sheridan Ashmore, Trent and Kim Ashmore; great-grandchildren, Jackson Kallenbach, Harvey Kallenbach, Mabel Kallenbach, Emery Morris, Jameson Morris.

A service for Mr. John Norwick will be held at a later date.
