Mr. John David Ross, age 69, of Jackson, Georgia, passed away Friday, April 17, 2026.

David was born on Wednesday, July 25, 1956, in Macon, Georgia to the late John J. Ross and the late Betty Hardison Ross. He worked for Colonial Pipeline and was a good businessman. David was owner of a pharmacy and an insurance company named David Ross and Associates. He was a graduate, and huge fan, of Georgia Tech. David was a kind, gentle soul and will be deeply missed.

David is survived by his wife, Joyce Ross; son, Dylan Ross; and sister, Donna Parrett.

A Memorial Service for Mr. David Ross will be held on Saturday, Mary 2, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at the Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Reverend Tom Allen officiating. Friends may visit the family one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
