Mr. Johnny Ray Hardy, age 63, of Jackson, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2019.

Johnny was born on Saturday, November 19, 1955 in Griffin, Georgia to the late Marcus Dearcy Hardy and the late Lillie Mitchell Hardy. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Dearcy Hardy, William Hardy and Wayne Hardy; a sister, Linda Hardy Jackson. Johnny was always there to help anyone in need. He loved children and treated them all as his own.

Johnny is survived by his brother, Randall Hardy; sisters, Glenda Hardy Vaughn and Shirley Hardy; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Graveside funeral service for Mr. Johnny Hardy will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Monday, January 7, 2019 at Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Randall Hardy officiating. Following the service, the family will receive friends at the home of his niece and nephew, Peggy and Jamie Skinner, 138 Ball Street, Jackson, GA 30233.
